Our Trailer Towing
courses/lessons
are second to none, we cover all of the basic's’ starting with the legislation surrounding Towing, hitching and loading your Trailer, Horsebox, Caravan
or Boat, Reversing and manourvering, and ensuring your vehicle/ trailers safe handling. We want to ensure that you are able to get safely to your destination.
BubbLe
has a different approach to teaching in comparison to other Towing schools
and we have several different methods and aids to help you. We will aim to enable you to achieve your pass in the quickest time available. However, we are paramount to teaching you to Tow
safely for you, your load, and the other road users.
We offer a bespoke service on all our towing courses. We have a choice of courses that are run on ½ day (3hr), 6 hour, or 12 hour basis. (Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that 1 course will be sufficient, as people learn at different paces, you can rest assured that we will work with you and do our best to achieve this goal together in the quickest possible time).
Our courses are conducted in our own specilized Car's and Trailer's.
The vehicles we use for training are a Honda CRV
2009 (manual) Our trailer is a twin axel box
trailer.
Terms & conditions
- All training is provided at the times and dates stated on each invoice.
- Training location is identified within the email containing the invoice.
- All training is based on 3 hours (1 unit)
- Test date and training times once booked cannot be changed and any fees are non refundable. (Due to government test waiting times)
- We are not responsible if the DVSA cancels or changes a test date and time of your test.
- Once a course is offered and you confirm the dates and test, we will invoice you, and a 50% deposit of the course cost fee will be due immediately (this is non refundable, to secure your course)
- Payment of course deposit, or full course fee is an automatic acknowledgement of the terms and conditions and a contractual agreement between candidate/payee and training provider.
- The instructor holds the right to refuse the use of car and trailer for test if the candidate is not at the required standard needed.
- We also hold the right to cancel your test if you are not ready and up to the necessary standard required for your test.
- Any course that is cancelled by the candidate inside 14days of the course commencing will not be entitled to any refund.
- Any course cancelled by the candidate outside of 14days of it commencing will only be entitled to a 50% refund of the full course fee that has been paid. If the course has not been paid in full, their will be no refunds.
- Course's that are cancelled by the trainer due to trainee not having valid documentation, valid or no license, this is defined by photographic id, or disqualified driver will result in course being cancelled with no refunds.
- Non payment of the 50% deposit within 24 hours of invoice being issued will result in course and test being re allocated) The balance is due 14 working days before training commences, any cancellation within this 14 day period will result in a lost deposit. Any course booked within 14 working days of training and test will require payment in full within 24 hours. All bookings will see a £25 admin fee in addition to course fee.
- Any refunds issued will be subject to a reduction of £25.00 admin fee.
- Refunds can only be processed by the original payee. Refunds can only be processed with the original invoice emailed back to the trainers office, and a call to the trainer from the original payee.
